The main idea behind the Community is to unite gifted talents who, for any reason, are facing (or have faced) hard times finding their Next Big Thing and connect them with businesses looking for performers, status-quo fighters, and solvers.

Biases we are facing

Being previously labelled overqualified, having mixed backgrounds, too extensive toolboxes, too broad expertise, too much experience, too old, too young, wrong skin colour, wrong ethnicity ... we all faced biases at some point in our careers of not fitting the box.

Rejected by the modern recruiting industry, we had to develop resilience, determination, and perseverance to demonstrate what problems we could solve.

We are solvers.

Solvers are much more solid, determined, equipped, and committed than job seekers who easily change jobs every two years.

Not a regular job seekers

Tasted sweat and blood, won challenges, Solvers are those rare types of people every business dreams about – those who treat other's ventures as one's own.

Solvers are empathetic, appreciative, and allergic to toxic environments.

Often having difficult life backgrounds and learning to survive, Solvers develop an extensive soft and hard-skills toolbox to help them solve real-world problems.

But it also makes them look "too much" in the eyes of modern recruiters.

It started with a story

Being an immigrant to the UK and left my C-level job I began a new life in a new country like always dreamed.

After a year and more than 1000 rejections, I wrote an article that went viral. I've been reached by thousands of outstanding professionals from 30+ countries saying that they faced similar struggles, yet, being skilled and experienced.

That's where the idea of the Community was born.

– When you don’t fit into a specific box society created — most people won’t know what to do with you, and the only way to harness your talent is to build your own — or if you’re lucky enough to find others like you, they will appreciate and bring you onto the team and it’ll be a family.
